Customer Satisfaction/Customer Service

Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Before your furniture is delivered, it must pass our thorough inspection process along with special deluxing and detailing to make sure that your new furniture meets or exceeds our high quality standard of excellence. Please remember that furniture is a product of nature and human hands, and that inherent imperfections are part of the beauty and uniqueness of your purchase. If you have any problems or concerns, please contact your salesperson/designer or the customer service representative within ten days of receipt of your furniture.

Warranties: All furniture is covered for a minimum of one year against manufacturer defects. Other extended warranties could be in effect by individual suppliers that may increase this warranty period. Furniture will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's provisions. For warranty or service work within our standard delivery zone, standard pickup or delivery charges will be waived within the first thirty days, but thereafter will be at the customer's expense. For warranty or service work outside our standard delivery zone, customers will be charged for travel time.

Seat and back pillow filling may relax with use and will require regular "fluffing." This is not considered a manufacturer's defect. Furniture sold "AS-IS" carries no warranties.

Additionally, fabrics, leathers and woods are not warranted for wearability, color fastness or variation in dye lot. Improper care or use of your furniture as determined by the manufacturer or their representatives will void any warranties offered.

Furniture Protection Plan: We recommend our furniture protection plans which offer up to 10 years of protection against accidental damage, including stains, gouges, tears, burns, water marks and more. If you decline the furniture protection plan at the time of your order and wish to add it at a later date, you must notify us at least one business day prior to the furniture being delivered or picked up. Sorry furniture protection plan is not available after furniture is delivered to your home. Upon delivery, you will receive a warranty packet for the furniture protection plan, which will provide you with information for any questions that you may have. Please contact the furniture protection company directly through the toll free number provided in your warranty packet.
