Wayne Patterson Senior Interior Designer
Wayne is one of our original employees having been with Colonial Gallery since we opened our doors on Route 51 in 1965. He was educated at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and holds a Business degree from Indiana Northern University. His talent has evolved over the past 40 years and he is a seasoned designer. He brings his clients great use of colors as well as the unexpected. Wayne is well-traveled and has immersed himself in the arts. This "life experience" is reflected daily in his many design projects. Wayne handles contract design and has many clients with large projects in Hilton Head, SC, Stone Harbor, NJ, Ligonier, PA and Naples, FL. Wayne does our showroom display in our flagship McMurray showroom.

Barbara Lopez Interior Designer
Barbara is an accredited graduate of design and offers her clientele over 28 years of skilled experience. She is comfortable assisting with small projects such as "just the right lamp" as well as an expert in large projects that entail blueprint space planning and designing custom window treatments. Being detail oriented and a good listener she enjoys placing your heirlooms with your new purchases. You'll often hear her say, "I think you need a house call!" Barbara's portfolio includes many repeat customers and clients both commercial and residential from the tri-state area. |

Deborah Pegher Interior Designer
Debbie is a graduate of West Virginia University with B.S. in housing and design. She has been an Interior Designer in Peters Township area for 29 years and a Professional member of Interior Design Society for 21 years. She also has participated with client's homes on local house tours and has had articles published in various newspapers and magazines. Debbie enjoys developing design concepts for entire homes and individual rooms and specializes in creative window treatments and innovative use of color, contrast and textures. |

Samantha Slater Interior Designer
Samantha graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Interior Design. She is also an Alumni sister of a community service sorority which helps organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Indiana Humane Society. Samantha is an Allied Member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) of the Pennsylvania West Chapter. She adds a fresh and young personality to the showroom. Her furniture style she prefers using in designs are modern with a hint of the classics. When not creating floor plans, she spends time making jewelry, drawing and painting.

Amanda Minsinger Interior Designer
With several years of experience, Amanda is bringing a fresh, creative mind to designing. Educated at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, she is able to work with traditional styles as well as modern. She has developed a passion for furniture and fabrics and will take on any design challenge that comes her way. Amanda is a local girl from Pittsburgh, who has always had a great love for art and design. At a younger age she was always drawing and rearranging her room. Today she enjoys getting around to the art museums, playing her trombone, and relaxing with her two cats and a nice cup of coffee. |

Toni McGonigle Interior Designer
Toni is a senior member of our design team educated at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Through her talent, enthusiasm and great use of color she brings life to every room and design project. She is thrilled to go "bold" but can work closely with you to meet your comfort level in terms of patterns and budget. Toni has decorated some of the most beautiful homes in the Pittsburgh area and has won her customers' loyalty by giving them a space of which they can truly be proud. She also handles our model homes and executive homes and partner's with Ron. Personal Favorite Style: The "redder" the better, 18th Century Traditional.

Ron Bayer Interior Designer
Ron was trained at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and has been with Colonial Gallery for over 25 years. As one of our senior designers, his design abilities allow him to customize an environment that serves both function and aesthetics. Ron also handles our model and executive homes. |

Joan Wunderlich Sales Associate
Joan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University, majored in marketing/management. She has 17 years experience as a hotel sales manager, has worked with Ramada Plaza Suites (now DoubleTree) in Pittsburgh, the Radisson and the Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago as well as experience with the Pittsburgh Convention and Visitor's Bureau (now Visit PA). She is a part-time sales associate with Colonial Modern. She resides in Upper St. Claire with her husband Dr. James Wunderlich and two young children Oliviah (2 years) and Alexandra (6 years). Her hobbies and passions include painting, drawing, cooking and working out. She is the Co-Founder and past President of Destination Greater Pittsburgh as well as a current Upper St. Claire Art League Member. |

Carolyn Poretto Interior Designer
Carolyn studied design at Walter E. Smith University in Chicago and became a top designed within the company. She is committed to the process of designing your room and works within your budget. Her greatest satisfaction is when her clients are so excited about what they created together, "a room they always dreamed of". |
